I am qualified and
experienced in Clinical Hypnotherapy
and Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy (NLP) and practice under the Code
of Conduct of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists of which
I am a member.
I
am a full member of the British Association of Counselling and
Psychotherapy, and a member of the Association of Independent
Practitioners.
As a graduate of the Institute of
Personnel Training and Development, I worked for many years in
private industry specialising in welfare, counselling,
training and personal development.
I am a member of the International Federation of Reiki Practitioners.
More recently I have worked
in the public and educational sectors devising and delivering courses
in
stress management, goal setting, decision making, time management and
assertiveness training.
I also hold workshops on self-hypnosis, relaxation techniques and
stress management.
